Project Details:

Diebold Project- Deals with manufacturing & testing of the circuit card assemblies (CCA’s) for the ATM machine integration. Diebold is a security systems corporation that is engaged primarily in the sale, manufacture, installation and service of self-service transaction systems (such as ATMs), electronic and physical security products, voting machines, and software and integrated systems for global financial and commercial markets.

Bio Metric Agile: Deals with security system. Finger print identification is the mechanism that we are using in this product. Consist of 3 CCA’s. HLA includes plastic, aluminum mechanical parts and stainless steel.

Thales: Deals with 3 different HLA’s. Flap barrier gate, HVPS and LVPS.

Consist of developing, integrating and testing. This inclusive of board level, reliability testing and testing and higher level integrated testing.

We will be doing Burn In test, flying prob test (ICT) and functional testing for CCA’s.

Detailed Job Responsibilities: -

• Leading the project for Proto & Pilot manufacturing and testing. (NPI Engineer)

• Developing test setup, installation and programming setup for new projects.

• Tracing & debugging the failures of Circuit Card Assemblies & test setup.

• Raising RFQs and preparing quotation.

• Scheduling the project according to the Work order.

A seismic sensor circuit is used to detect vibrations or sounds. It is very sensitive and can detect vibration caused by the movement of animals or human beings. So it can be used to monitor protected areas to restrict entry of unwanted persons or animals.

DESCRIPTION:

Global positioning System based vehicle locking done in KELTRON is an advanced method by which we can provide a protection to our vehicle. By using three satellites we are continuously monitoring our vehicle and if any change in position occurs the vehicle automatically turn off and also we can track the vehicle.
