The goal of the project is to store the data of new customers in eCRM(Customer Record Management). It was done for Business People and Single household party. I supported in enhancement of change request.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in understanding Project Scope and gathered Business requirement documents.

The goal of the project is to enhance customs based application which shall house the complete short sale initiation work flow all owing the bank to initiate the short sale and monitoring the short sale process until its successful completion. It reduces the turnaround time by allowing the agents and the sellers to upload the required documents which can be verified expected or rejected by the compliance team.

Environment: Windows XP, HTML, Rational Test Suite, MS Project, MS Visio, MS SQL.

Responsibilities:

• Gathered Business requirements based on Project Scope and Systems Development Life Cycle methodology.

• Developed Business process models in Rational Unified process (RUP) to document existing feature business process.

• Translated Business requirements into usable functional requirement creating Use case diagram in Visio.

The State archives operate the New Jersey’s public records. The project title was “Record Information Management system”, means to migrate the death records data in the webpage as “ARCHIVED DATA”. The project was to upgrade the existing website for more features and functionality. The upgrade was needed so that it was easy for customers to store and navigate the RIMS data file. This would be easy to record and access the data accordingly.

Environment: Rational Requisite Pro, Ms Excel (Macros /Pivot tables), RUP.

Responsibilities:

• Interacted with Subject Matter Experts through JAD sessions to gather Business Requirements to be converted to the Functional Requirements Specification Document for designing the new system.

• Involved in JAD session, one on one with those who handled the death record data and also Brainstorming session.

• Conducted reviews with the SMEs to obtain sign off on requirements.

• Involved in all the phases of SDLC in RUP.

• Identified Use cases from the Functional Requirements and wrote Use Case Specifications and created “TO-BE Business Process Workflow” diagrams (Activity diagrams) in MS VISIO
