Conducts site inspection and field investigation of existing facilities within and around the project area.
Conducts walk-through inspections and ocular assessment of the existing utilities and facilities to determine existing conditions, system adequacies and system limitations.
Reviews existing systems and as-built plans for the purpose of assessing existing system capabilities in relation to the existing project demand/ requirements.
Identifies possible utility tapping points or possible sources for the proposed development.
Prepares technical report which contains data and information, findings of field investigation, reviews and analyses of the existing utility systems and recommendations.
Hydrologic and Flood Study
Conduct field investigations in the vicinity of the project area and establish the extent and magnitude of the flood occurrences (if any) and obtains relevant hydrological information such as flood depths, duration and area of coverage of the flood.
Conducts hydrologic and hydraulic analyses to establish design rainfall and discharges within the project area.
Studies flood mitigating measures applicable for the project area, and identifies waterways and drainage outfalls for potential improvements.
Prepares budgetary cost estimates of recommended flood protection scheme and/or various options.
Prepares technical report containing all the gathered data and information, findings of field investigations, results of hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, evaluation of findings and recommendations.
