Responsible for perpetual cycle counts (ABC Codes). Inherited an inventory that needed improved and combined with 3 direct reports (Cycle Counters) was able to successfully increase inventory accuracy from 96-99.9%. Coordinated physical counts and investigated and researched variances. Use of Baan & Oracle tracked inventory. Extremely Proficient AS400 and ISO9000 and effectively led transition from AS400 to SAP as well as Oracle. Use of Crystal Reports while coordinating customer owned inventory.
