Project: Michigan State University Football Building
Sr. Project Superintendent:
High profile 22 million dollar, 85 thousand square foot; two floor addition and renovation to the existing Michigan State University Football Building and expansion to the existing weight room facility.
Achievements:
Started demolition of a large portion of the existing building knowing the scheduled completion date of August 2008 was compressed and still two million over budget after value engineering, also rumors of doubt the project would not finish on schedule and utilize the allocated four million dollar contingency set aside for the existing weight room
he owner recognized the team for the out standing achievements and the client was very pleased to move in one month ahead of schedule and two million under budget.

Project: Pfizer Toxicology Building Renovation
Sr. Project Superintendent:
Renovation of a 40 million, seventy five thousand square foot existing toxicology project required a highly skilled individual with an in-depth understanding of building construction methods, complexed coordination / scheduling activates and act on the behalf of Pfizer’s interest well with various trades, vendors, city officials, change orders, controlling cost, prepare bid scopes, post bids interviews and preconstruction meetings

Achievements: Pfizer’s vivariun and research development space was in total renovation of demolition of walls, ceiling concrete floors and all six existing air handling units and supply and return systems were to be demoed and
replaced with eight larger units. Occupied colleagues and performing operations with-in the construction areas and the entire existing building while on going construction and the need to maintain the required temperature, dust proof, low sound and their safety which involved extensive planning, phase scheduling, written step by step activity procedures, on time arrival of equipment and maintaining the proper air volume using the existing units while switching out and replacing with the eight new AHUs.
While facing a variety of challenges my past wide experience with leading such projects made an immediate impact with the owner and delivering a very successful project.

Project: Pfizer Vivarium and Research Renovation Project
Sr. Project Superintendent:
Renovation of an 8 million 15 thousand square existing office spaces converted into non primate vivarrium space.
Achievements:
The project came in under budget, and handed delivered the client a C of O two weeks ahead of schedule.

Project: Woodhaven-Brownstown School District
Sr. Project Superintendent:
285 million dollar Renovation, additions and bump outs of three different schools which included two new gymnasiums, cafeteria, classroom additions, media center, classroom renovation.
Achievements:
Woodhaven project had started two years prior to my employment with Barton Malow Co. I was be positioned on this particular project knowing it was in total disarray, contractors were not supervised, work was not completed in a timely fashion, work was often shoddy or incomplete at best and cost overruns related to construction were out of control and over budget.
All issues were identified and accessed, immediate direct plot and plan was in action. During the next five months the project begin to turn around, activity schedules were early or on time, cost was tightly monitored, staff recognized a great amount of respect and issues were immediately addressed. The excellence job of turning this job around won future work with Woodhaven School District.
Skanska USA Building January 2000 – January 2005

Project: Pfizer under Ground Fire Suppression Tank and Generators Project
Sr. Project Superintendent: 12 milliondollar, two hundred fifty gallon under ground fire suppression cast in place tank, six pumps, two generators and control room. The building consists of concrete, structural steel and metal panels.
Achievements:
Project completed on budget and on schedule.

Project: Pfizer Replacement Chillers and Cooling Tower Project
Sr. Project Superintendent: 11 million dollar switching out four existing industrial size chillers, added six new chillers, new cooling tower and upgraded the header and piping system.
Achievements:Project completed on budget and on schedule.

22 million dollar, ninety five thousand square foot building consists of engineering and technology classrooms.
Achievements: Under budget and two weeks a head of schedule.

Project: New Bedford Elementary / Bedford High School Additions and Renovation
Sr. Project Superintendent: 21 million dollar, one hundred and fifty thousand square foot building.
Achievements: Maintained a safe environment, detailed look-head scheduling was a must and coordination with the faculty at all times during the school seasons. Received complements of the out standing organizational skills, performance and the ability to complete the projects under budget and ahead of schedule.
