• Operations engineer in Rusifa & al Ghabawi Gas Plants

• Reviewed and approved units start-up plans, units' test run procedures, test run results, and guarantees acceptance reports.

• Supervised preparation of punch-lists, as built P&IDs, unit’s operability and maintainability reports

• Followed up & participated the start up & shutdown of oil & gas plants.

• Performed daily monitoring of the process units, process calculations, performance calculations, unit troubleshooting and equipments efficiency.

• Supervised the operation of all utilities

• Participate in the preparation for the different shutdowns, check & review the availability of spare parts. Expedite the delivery of the materials.

• Carry out process isolation procedures and isolation registers for any unit or vessel.

• Making observations and taking measurements directly, as well as collecting and interpreting data from the other technical and operating staff involved

• Performed pre-commissioning, commissioning, test runs and performance tests, data collection, trouble shooting, and insuring implementation of safety and environmental requirements.

• Follow up with the lab. Dep. to achieve the recommended gas & condensate specification

• Familiar with TOTAL, SHELL , Exxon Mobil , British Petroleum (BP) and Aramco standards.

• Preparing Monthly Safety Status Report, Accident/ Incident Investigation Reports and various other reports for documentation, its maintenance and corresponding with the Registered Office;

• Presentations on Environmental awareness & Sratigic planning & Solid waste management & Environmental pollution.

• Participation in national environmental workshops .
