IT Integration Managing Consultant

Verifone : Provided project integration management. Providing all aspects of project migration for 30 locations globally. Provided project scoping, created deployment scheduling and site coordination. Site activities ranged from workstation migration, file server updates and changes, system backups, virus protection, Nimsoft network monitoring, network conversion ETC. The site locations ranged in size between 2 users and 170 users.

• Built all project plans, site budgets, resource schedule, travel coordination, purchase site specific hardware items.

• Provided executive reports, track all site progress and update deployment calendar events.

• Gathered Network quotes, set up site deployments & mapping of Sprint and Global Crossing services. Supported the WAN team for the deployment of MLPS service and half tunnel backup service to all locations. Cut WAN service into two of the three active Data Centers. • Provide Project Management of a new Avaya CM 5 International Phone system for the Clearwater location.

Masonite is a unique, integrated, global building products company with its Corporate Headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario and in Tampa, FL. Masonite has sold more than 50 million doors in a single year, but the company also makes metal and fiberglass doors and door components.
