Construction Manager – Amason & Associates 02/05 to 09/05

Construction Manager for three condominium complexes in Orange Beach, AL., approximately $25M, destroyed during hurricane Ivan. Managed multiple subcontractors insuring the safety, scope, schedule, manpower and quality adherence required to fulfill the terms and conditions of the subcontract and project requirements. Re-Construction consisted of all aspects/phases of construction restoration requiring numerous subcontracts to meet the schedule and budget forecast. Monitored and approved all commercial issues including change orders, time sheets and material purchases. Facilitated all liaison requirements between customers, construction and corporate headquarters.

Subcontract Administrator/Mgr. – Kellogg Brown & Root (Kuwait) 2/03 to 2/04

Subcontract Manager responsible for directing the developing, negotiating, awarding and managing of subcontracts for various disciplines while supporting the US Army. Subcontract Admin. /Construction Manager – Kellogg Brown & Root 1987 to 2000

A thirteen year construction management tenure encompassing departmental responsibilities for several disciplines, with requirements including safety administration, budgetary forecasting and administration, manpower and equipment projections, scheduling, resource forecasting, liaison and reporting requirements to company and client management. This tenure included multiples disciplines of direct hire and contract management at the commercial and industrial levels. Disciplines in the industrial arena included scaffolding, paint, insulation, civil, asbestos abatement and many other support craft disciplines. At the commercial levels construction consisted of office administration buildings, control buildings and shipping and receiving buildings.
