Employment : 9/09 - 2/10 Trinity Bay Construction- Safety Manager(Contract) Duties include daily safety meetings, weekly audits, Incident/Accident Investigation, safety training, write JSA,s , permits, treat any first aid issues, working around step-down transformers(480 volts and below) communicates with Job Rep. and superintendent on any safety issues or concerns, stop work in imminent danger situations, new hire orientations, writing safety procedures(Cranes,hoist,and Rigging, confined space, lockout/tagout, Bloodborne Pathogens,etc.). Perform an detailed inspection report along with summary of issues to be addressed.

10/08 - 9/09 EMS USA- Division Safety Coordinator(Pipeline Services Group) Duties include monthly safety meetings, new hire orientations, weekly site audits, rigging inspections, electrical inspections, equipment inspections, Hazard awareness training, Incident/Accident Investigation, Transport individuals to clinic for post accident injuries, Interact with Client Safety Dept. , write JSA's , permits.

1/08 - 9/08 Hensel Phelps Co.- Safety Engineer(Contract) Duties include safety orientations and training any site personnel, conduct safety audits, review JHA's, Workman's Comp Claims, overseeing the jumping of cranes, detailed safety inspections of cranes(limit switches, control systems, brakes and trolley flange) ensure that the company and sub-contractors stayed in compliance with federal and state laws, treat any first aid issues, write permits(confined space, hot work).

7/07 - 12/07 Test Automation & Controls – Houston Region Safety Coordinator(Contract) Duties include holding safety meetings, covering any hazards identified the previous day with each crew and JSA’s as part of each meeting. Also cover unsafe behaviors identified with crews. Make copies of all hazard recognition/near miss and safety observation cards so a detailed analysis can be completed when job ends. Maintain OSHA 300 Log. performing color code audits for electrical safety, issued permits, Safety Presentations, Perform daily audits, Train employees on any Safety training needed.

11/05 - 7/07 Innovative EHS- Project Safety Manager(Contract) Duties include reporting directly to the HSE Manager on a daily basis. I was in charge of 12 contractor Safety Reps. Held a daily safety meeting, wrote permits, audit JSA’s, Implemented a behavioral based safety program, was in charge of the Audit team. Working around Switchgears 3 phrase(480 volts). Implementing the Client’s safety program.
