Teacher/Administrative Coordinator
While working at Saint Maurice ECEC, I am serving a dual role as Preschool Teacher and Administrative Coordinator. Responsibilities for Preschool Teacher include planning and implementing a learning plan to teach children aged 2-3 years old. I develop all activities, projects and rules as well as introducing higher level learning concepts for growth and development. As Administrative Coordinator, some of my job responsibilities include training and curriculum development for staff members, managing parent communication and complaints, preparing memos, and creation and notification of school special events. Other responsibilities include sharing new state guidelines and learning requirements with other teachers and assistance of day to day operations of the preschool.

Learning and Development Trainer/Account Services Supervisor
As the Learning and Development Trainer, my primary job responsibility consists of classroom and web-based virtual training for new employees, “Train the Trainer” courses, as well as “Up-Training” for new/changing policies and procedures. Mentoring newly hired Associates to ensure smooth transition from a learning environment to daily production is another vital job function. I also ensure that all training materials are relevant, correct and updated for maximum effectiveness.

Corporate Trainer
Daily activities included design, delivery and implementation of Customer Service “Sensational Service” training for all company employees. Working as the sole corporate trainer I was responsible for development of easy to follow, quality training materials as well as conducting classroom training of new and existing polices and procedures. Other responsibilities included QA (quality assurance) monitoring, feedback and coaching. I have also created an “open-door” policy where employees voluntarily return for additional refresher courses.
D.O.T.S Traffic School - Miami, Florida 12/00 to 11/04
Manager/Senior Trainer
Broward County manager and senior traffic school instructor teaching four hour, eight hour BDI (Basic Driving Improvement) and ADAPT (Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Training) classes to adults. As a trainer certified by the state of Florida, I conducted “Train the Trainer” courses and requirements for the four hour, eight hour and ADAPT classes. Other responsibilities included maintaining of attendance and other administrative reporting on a computerized system and yearly instructor recertification.
Accounting Consultants, Inc. - Sunrise, Florida 10/90 to11/00
Office Manager
As office manager I was responsible for new client acquisition through sales presentations to small and medium-sized companies. Additional duties included acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments, computerized client accounting, as well as review/examination of confidential company financial records. Interviewing new employees, program training, and report generation were some of my other tasks.
CPR US, Inc. - Coral Springs, Florida 05/91 to 12/99
Instructor
Responsibilities included instruction of American Heart Association accredited CPR life-saving courses to medical facilities, private corporations and the general public. I developed workbook materials, course objectives, and agendas used in hands-on training of the Basic Life Support & Pediatric Life Support classes. I was also responsible for training of new employees as well as state required recertification of existing employees.
