Production
Overseeing the study of quantity consumption of various resources such as Steam, Water, Compressed Air, Electric Power, and Manpower & Maintenance cost against the finished Products.
Determine Consumable resources cost for finished products.
Raw material, engineering material and spares planning, coordination and follow up with purchase department and other Inter office departments for continuous production & manufacturing process.
Customisation of Project Documents like Drawings, Bill of Material, Approval from Government Authorities, Project landed cost working etc.
Preparation of monthly production and maintenance reports. Preparation / monitoring engineering material – spares consumption report, power cost & manpower utilisation.
Erection & Commissioning
Study of machine-specific weight static & dynamic load, Rcc design & foundation drawing.
Preparation of bar chart for work completion of target period.
Providing safety equipments for avoid accidents.
Overseeing the erection & commissioning operations area wise thereby achieving to complete the erection work within a time.
Analysis of project to avoid the shortage of resources & coordination with respective departments for speedy execution of erection & commissioning work.
Planning & Coordination with Govt. Officers for taking the approval for project commissioning like MPCB office, MIDC, MSEDCL etc.
Maintenance
Define optimised monthly production. & maintenance schedule & preventive maintenance.
Minimise the breakdown, maintenance of machinery & equipments to avoid production stoppage.
Analysis the repeated breakdown problems & taking the expertise action.
Planning & co-ordination with Purchase/ Stores Dept. for maintain minimum consumable spares with re-order level & define maximum & minimum stock level as per inventory norms.
Planning & co-ordinating with Process dept. for maintenance of machines.
Estimated yearly maintenance cost area wise.
Development
Management Representative (MR) for ISO 9001 2008 implementation and audit processes.
