Performed all necessary repairs, completed emergency outage, heavy rigging, removed all damaged tubes from boiler, cut, milled and fitted new tubes and buddy welded them in.

Performed all necessary repairs, completed scheduled maintenance, heavy rigging, removed all worn out tubes from boiler, cut, milled and fitted new tubes and buddy welded them in. Also did repairs inside penthouse where needed. Mig welded on the water walls to reinforce tubes.

Performed all necessary repairs, completed scheduled maintenance, and performed heavy rigging of expansion parts from ground floor to 7th floor. Removed, prepped, fitted, and welded expansion support beams in boiler. Also removed tubes from headers in the boiler using a tube shrinking machine, cleaned and prepped headers for new tubes to be installed, then using a tube roller, rolled tubes in place on header.
