Provide support to plan sponsors by compiling data from multiple internal/external systems to create fee disclosure reports for all VALIC products in conformity with new Department of Labor regulations.

Data mining of information located in paper master files and system files and then manipulating those files to the appropriate formats.

Field questions from internal and external clients concerning fee disclosures and recognize issues to be escalated and assist in providing solutions.

Corporate Actions Analyst – Consultant (Contract Position)

Analyze, interpret and audit corporate action notifications using investment management software such as Thomson Reuters Portia and Charles River. These corporate actions include: dividend/stock options, exchanges, bonus issues, stock splits, full calls, spinoffs, mergers, tenders, name changes/id changes, reclassification, conversions, purchase offers & rights issues/rights exercises

Communicate findings and discrepancies during the notification review process to the processing professional and applicable management.

Developed and implemented policies and procedures that improved the consolidated reporting process and effectively managed client’s needs.
