Project Description:

Ericsson was looking for a secure Access management Solution for their Critical Web Applications. Accenture with Help of CA site minder gave Ericsson the ability to manage user authentication and authorization for Critical Web applications. Including, SAP business applications. Allowed them to centralize the management of these key services, security silos that typically created increase in security risks and administration costs. In addition implementation of CA site minder compliance audits. CA site minder also provided Web single sign-on across the IT environment to help simplify user access and reduce IT administration costs.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and configuration of Web agent and troubleshooting issues.

• Primarily involved in integration of web based Application.

• Worked on middleware administration like CA Site minder and Web Hosting services.

• Involved in understanding the Application from the integration point of view.

• Accordingly put a request to the client to get all the requirements for integrations like. URL setup, Firewall rules. Infrastructure Requirement, Access Policy.

• Involved in Setting up polices, realm, rules and response for domain based on the application requirement

• Once the configuration are done, involved in documentation to capture the whole steps that were performed on deployment stage. As the POC is Successful.

• Also involved in Co-ordination with the application team in debugging the problems and issues with the applications.

• Troubleshooting application issues from end users.
