Qualifications
I was employed by Mohawk Ind. in the Extrusion Department for 18+ years. A Production Supervisor for 11 of these years. During this time my teams led the department in 1st quality production, lowest waste numbers and highest machine efficiency for the past 10 years, My employees have been promoted to positions of crew leader, assistant supervisor and, supervisors. I have extensive knowledge and hands on experience of the extrusion processes. My teams have achieved 2+ years without an OSHA recordable incident.
I have extensive training on Barmag, Neumag including the S-5 and Filteco type machines.
