(Responsible for commissioning and installation of factory utilities (Power Station, Lighting, Sockets, distribution panels, Earthing system for lap testing, air line) & installing gantry crane from Konecrane Company in addition to installing M/C)

SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER FROM 1/2012

Job Description:

Commissioning phase:

Commissioning and installation of factory machines (more than 40 machines including (H.V Test, vacuum ovens, casting machines, overhead cranes, VPD plant)

Commissioning and installation of factory utilities (Power Station, Lighting, Sockets, distribution panels(low and medium voltage), fire fighting station)

Supervision and monitoring of contractors progress and ensure that work is done according to contract specification and schedule

Prepare lesson learned of each project and make "end of project" report

Revision of submitted quantities and prices according to contract terms (Contract monitoring)

Operation phase:

Carry out the Preventive Maintenance according to manuals and experience.

Reduce break-down maintenance and prepare history card

Trace faults and breakdowns

Issue work instructions to the Technicians

Ensure optimum stocks of critical parts

Improve the performance of machinery

Carry out any further tasks assigned by the Electrical Head Section.

Suggest modification to increase Machine strength or decrease load.

Suggest the training fields and courses required to his maintenance team.
