SUMMARY:

I have been personally responsible for the successful design and execution of various building projects to include, private residences, condominium projects, additions, remodels, commercial/industrial, mini-shopping center, bakery/coffee shop and liquor/deli. I have developed parking lot designs related to my projects, to include loading zones, trash areas, handicap stalls/ramps when applicable. I am familiar with the California Building Code, California Residential Building Code, L.A. Building/ Zoning Code.

I have dealt with City/State agencies including the Planning Department, Building Department/Plan Check, home Owner/community design groups, California Coastal Commission, California Handicap (Title 24/A. D. A.). I have dealt with and attended Advisory Agency Hearings where I have submitted for zone changes, area/yard/height variances and modifications to the building/zoning code.

I have been ultimately responsible for the facilitation of building permits, obtaining project bids for the client and Contractor of building projects. bi-lingual (Spanish), and a General Contractor (B-714154), currently doing design/build, new and remodel residential projects.
