on many different positions in many different companies and have excelled

Qualifications :
I am a certified plate welder under AWS D1.1 on " plate with E-6010 root
and E-7018 fill and cap.
I am a certified plate welder under AWS D1.1 on " plate with backing strip
with FCAW process using .045 wire in the 2g and 3g positions.
I am a certified pipe welder under ASME section IX on 6" sch. 80 A53 Grade
B pipe with E-6010 root and E-7018 fill and cap in the 6G position.
I am a certified pipe welder under ASME section IX on 6" sch. 80 A53 Grade
B pipe with GTAW root and E-7018 fill and cap in the 6G position.
I am a certified pipe welder under ASME section IX on 2" sch. 80 A53 Grade
B pipe with 308L Stainless Steel root, fill and cap. GTAW complete weld, in
the 6G limited access position.
I am a certified pipe welder under ASME section IX on 2" sch 80 A53 Grade B
pipe with E-6010 root and E-7018 fill and cap in the 6G position. 100% x-

I am a certified welder under ASME section IX on 2" sch 80 308 stainless

I have welded with the four major welding processes : SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, and
GMAW. I have also welded aluminum with the GMAW process, and Galvanized
steel with the SMAW, and GMAW processes.
I have welded maganese bronze with the GMAW process to rebuild ship
propellers.
I have specific knowledge of welding defects and discontinuities, their
origin and the ability to repair them.
I have the ability to read detailed isometric pipe drawings.
I have knowledge of trade math, blueprints, pipe take-offs, offsets, and
rolling offsets.

Experience :
I have a two year auto mechanics certification with about nine years of
mechanical experience. I also have eight years computer related experience
in pc and laptop repair, software and internet systems. I have six years
experience in the construction trades : carpentry, concrete, masonry,
fiberglass, and bridge building. I have four years customer service skills,
face to face, business to business, and telephone sales. I have spent a
year in a warehouse facility in which I learned all aspects of operations
and logistics. I have experience with commercial and residential garage
door operators, doors, fire alarm equipment, rolling steel and rolling
grill doors, aluminum store fronts, and hollow metal doors. I have had a
successful sales record in the field. I have been AADAM certified to
install and repair automatic slider and swinging doors. I have experience
building and repairing commercial and residential docks and dock equipment.
I have extensive mechanical, and electrical experience. I have poured
concrete foundations, built houses, wired complete electrical systems I was
the lead on the mortar crew for the Nemo bridge over Pomme De Terre lake,
was the lead hod carrier / apprentice brick layer for Heitkamp masonry. I
owned and operated a computer store. I have built and repaired Spiral
Freezers. I have welded Bio Diesel plants. I went to work for a diving and
salvage company in Alaska, there I welded boats, barges, dry docks, and I
rebuilt two manganese bronze props that had hit the rocks. I have extensive
training with oxy/acetylene and oxy/propane torches and have cut steel to
three inches thick. I salvaged two fishing vessels one on the remote island
of St. George that took 69 days in the worst climate and working
conditions anyone could imagine, and one on the Island of Akatan. I am
confined space trained. I am also JLG and man lift trained. I am a
certified Master Rigger. I am certified on forklifts and telehandlers to
10k. I have completed FMI's Worksmart workshop for upper management
training. I ran a crew of up to 15 men to take care of a 5700 item punch
list on a coal burner in Nebraska. I have extensive abilities reading
P&ID's and prints with excellent fabrication skills. I own and operate my
rig truck when not placed in management positions.
