Sub-secretary in charge of a)the Sustainable Development Program of Petén (PDS-BID) resulting in execution performance above 90% , this program was brought from an unacceptable grade by the I.A.D.B to an acceptable category in less than two years , concluding all goals previously set by the bank. b) World Bank´s project for the National Land Measurement and Information Registry (RIC) (conceiving stage)both by an amount in operative budget superior to US$ 80M.
Deputy Minister in charge of Probopeten a program in charge of local forests in the southern region of Peten , under this program we administered a donation for providing forest fire control equipment along with F.A.O. as counterpart.
