Improved corporate in service levels from 88% to 96% while reducing finished goods inventory levels

from 20.1M to 7.6M.

Maintained the current domestic production and import schedule as well as the t ransition

f rom domestic manufacturing to an imported product line for over one thousand SKU’s.

Reorganized three separate customer service functions into a unified customer service team with

geographical responsibilities by setting up cross-functional training.

Implemented a formal Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to forecast orders, shipments,

backlog, and ending inventory for this division.
