• Engineering Co-ordination for KSS Project M/s. Kazak Oil Aktobe (KOA) Gas plant at Aktobe, Republic of Kazakhstan with subcontractor M/S Exterran, U.S.A and M/S. NIPIneftgas Aktau, Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Job involve the co-ordination with KSS Engineering team & subcontractors

• Co-ordination with Client M/s. Kazak Oil Aktobe (KOA), Republic of Kazakhstan on all the engineering design issues and engineering management issues.
• Involved in review of Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, design Philosophy and simulation reports.
• Follow up with Subcontractor on engineering issues and ensure the timely submission of engineering documents.
• Monitoring & Control the proper flow of correct documents to Client and state Expertise for approval.
• Preparation of engineering issue log report for management.
• Major involvement in Engineering review cycle of Process Skids and Completion at site.
• Involvement in the site technical clarifications for the engineering/design issues and mistakes ,suggest the Technical solutions for the problem during Skid Erection and completion. Follow up with the subcontractor and make sure the design meets the client and GOST/SNIP/ASME or ANSI requirement.
• Review the skid completion and prepare the punch list highlighting the actual requirement in the design suitable to the process.
• Major Involvement with the multi-disciplinary field engineering activities.
• Preparation of the As-built mark ups on the P&IDs and the Isometric drawings based on the modifications or changes during the erection of the process equipments & piping.
• Review of process parameters and the design by using the simulation software Hysis 6.2 in order to get the final product requirement.
• Conducting interface meetings with Client and subcontractors, discuss and resolution on the issues.
• Coordination with multi disciplinary Engineering team, Monitor all Vendor Data and deliverables, arrange Inter Discipline Check (IDC) and monitor Comments Resolution Sheet (CRS).
• To check and make sure the design of the plant meets the Client, State regulations and local Standards requirements in the design of the plant and accordingly chase up with the equipment supplier to meet the specific design requirements without impacting the schedule of the project.
• Review of 3D Model and highlight the clashes in design to the subcontractor.
• Physically check and review of skid and preparation of the punch list for the major engineering faults and missing points for the completion of the process skid at site.
• Preparation of Skid Piping Hydrotest Loops.
• Preparation of technical description along with the requirement of various process equipments for submission and discussion with the custom department for custom clearance of the equipments imported from the other countries.
• Prepare the action plan for the procurement of material.
• Preparation of Project Execution Master Plan,

• Recycling Of waste Engine Oil by Vacuum Distillation Technique.
This was my Engineering Final Year Project, removed the carbon content from the waste engine oil after various acid wash and filtration goes for Vacuum Distillation technique, with 55% recovery of recycled Engine oil from Waste Engine oil as product.
