• Implemented independent human resource programs, business systems, processes, and internal controls which saved the company $ 3.2 million in annual infrastructure cost.

• Identified unprofitable accounts and products. Developed pricing strategies resulting in reduction of retailer markdowns and allowances saving the business $5.0 million annually.
