As manager of In-flight Training my primary responsibilities included providing constant and reliable guidance and direction to flight attendants. Manage the day to day operations within the In-flight Training department. Monitor department policies and procedures and recommend and/or implement modifications where necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity. Also researching, developing and modifying In-flight training programs as PowerPoint presentations and home study guides for flight attendants as well as pilots.

Continually updated Dynamic Airways policies and procedures, FAM Bulletins and Revisions.
