1. Would work with Human Resource Manager when training was needing to be done in my two departments. Would set up how it was going to be done.

2. Would get with Human Resource Manager when hiring was to be done and do the interviews for my two departments and also do the hiring when I found the right person for the job.

1. Had 43 locations that I took care of 6 days a week that consisted of around 250 miles a day.

2. Took care of all types of oil and gas wells, flowing, pumping, artificial lift systems, compressors.

3. Also had H2S wells that I was trained on to take care of.

4. Took care of gas compressors that were on locations both electric and gas fueled.

5. Took care of calling all water and oil hauls in for locations or if pipeline was connected to lease I would run oil through pipeline.

6. Took care of setting up work over rigs to service wells when needed. Then meet with engineer to let him know what was going on with well.

7. Took care of all reports that had to done on each well for the companies that I took care of their lease's. Meet with Texas Railroad Commission if I had to.

8. Took care of all lease's on the up keep and all surface equipment.

9. Took care of all meter runs and made sure that all meter runs were working right and changed charts.

10. Would help train new lease operators when hired.

11. Was over all lease operators when they had a question or something they would call me, I also gave work orders numbers so they could get what they needed from the supply stores.
