COMPLETE PROJECT SALES & ESTIMATION INCLUDING EPC/EHV ENGINEERING WORKS FOR 400 KV,220kV, 132KV, 66kV, 11kV GIS/AIS SUBSTATIONS

1 Market survey and identification of prospective customer(electrical) list and review of their demands

2 Keep updating the prospective customers and reviewing the specifications need

3 Making the list of consultants and power producers and utilities and checking for the need of power transformers and other electrical equipments

4 Sales forecasting and target fixing for each region and advising periodic review

5 Assesing the competitiveness and also checking the competitors strong and weak points

6 Identifying the weak markets and organizing the road show or making the presentations of oour products

7 Checking the price of our equipment with regular market changes and update the management

8 Review the range of products such as power transformers,auto transformers,distribution transformers etc and other electrical devices

9 For USA market, as electricity is a deregulated market,there is need to approach the power companies in distribution level and also some lower level consultants

10 Periodic sales meetings and customer feedback review meetings and appraisals of work force
