Water-capacity of 63 MIGD of water generation from desalination and treatment of sea water, be ten (10) MEDs (Multiple effects distillation unit), even could be individual operated, MEDs manufactured by SIDEM France installed with the help of Hyundai

Testing

Conducting stability studies for intermediates & final products related to pilot plant projects as per ICH guidelines (long term and accelerated conditions); preserving control samples; undertaking testing of industrial products.

Undertaking testing inside Lab & Field; cross checking data from Lab and online; checking the reliability and accuracy of instruments; supervising preparing, charging, transferring, loading & unloading chemicals.

Managing Water Quality Testing, Titration, and Raw Material Testing as per standardization; carrying out distillation done in order to avoid solvent wastage.

Microbiology testing of potable water and treated waste water for the presence of unwanted elements & required actions were taken to bring the product useful as per required company’s and international standards

Theoretical testing knowledge of coal and construction, building materials.

Working knowledge of HPLC.

Significant Contributions:

Cary out analysis of compounds in Water & Chemical Sample such as Chlorine, Sulphate, Chloride, Nitrate, Copper, Iron, Ammonia, Silica, Total Hardness, Oil & Grease, Ph., Conductivity, Turbidity, etc….

Conduct Testing of oil like Water Saparability, Density, Viscosity, Particle Counter, Moisture and Copper Strip corrosion Test in Oil Testing Lab.

Instrumental in enhancing the quality of Waste Water dumped in Sea by improvising Waste & Sewage Water Treatment Plant through addition of Chemicals and ensuring dumping as per international environmental norms.

Quality Assurance/ Quality Control

Reviewing the operational practices, identifying the areas of obstruction/ quality failures and advising on system and process changes for qualitative improvement and energy conservation; developing in-house analytical methods and standard testing procedures for use by QC personnel.

Monitoring & controlling of quality standards as per industry requirements.

Coordinating with the QA/ QC personnel at various manufacturing sites for implementation of the current / revised standard testing procedures and specifications for new products.
