Part of initial inventory team reviewing of procedures on behalf of the client AgipKCO with the remit of taking over full control of the material receiving, storage documentation and distribution. Identifying & addressing engineering anomalies. PAU included CCGT unit, Nitrogen Recovery Unit, as well as production units, responsible for management of, sub-contractor quality systems ensuring compliance to client, AUS/NZ, DEP’s(Shell) and international standards ASME B31.3

Manage each contractor audits schedule attend their internal audits, conduct EPCM audits on each contractor ensuring material traceability & work packs are recorded and maintained and the project is conducted in line with client and contractor procedures and QP. Identifying and managing quality trends reporting on KPI identified, alleviating potential impacts on schedule and budget. Managing the contractor inspection teams to ensure that the most cost and time efficient processes are utilised. Ensure compliance of NDE packs prior to hydro/pneumatic test. Inspection clearances of modules prior to client walk down and shipment. Review, approve WPS/PQR. PMI & NDT procedures. Review and comment on EPC procedures. Ensure that all inspections are completed to comply with “Flawless” requirements and assist Aquis personnel prior to shipment. Take control and manage the contractor in compilation of MDR, review & present to client for approval and dispatch to site. Control and manage through workshops a team of inspectors and QC engineers, expat + local, ensuring knowledge of project procedures also ensure compliance with HSE requirements.

Part of EPC management team on Sharq $5billion 3rd Expansion at Jubail Industrial City Saudi Arabia. Taking on the role of QA/QC Manager during leave cycle. Review, approve WPS/PQR. PMI & NDT procedures. Control and manage through workshops the contractors team of inspectors of various disciplines from early civil through to mechanical completion. Inspect vendor equipment and fabrications at vendor premises, heat exchangers pumps etc, to ensure completeness and review documentation, prior to delivery and at point of delivery. Witness/Review & acceptance of piping pneumatic/hydro test & packs. Review turnover packages to achieve construction complete and pass on for commissioning. Involved in selection of construction sub-contractors and subsequent prequalification evaluation, bid evaluation.
