Nearly 10 years of experience, last 6 years ( in Gulf ) as a Piping Engineer in Projects related to Oil and Gas Plant, Petrochemical, Refineries, Power Generation Plants, Oil/Gas pipeline-system in Owner / client companies in the world .
My experience is primarily in Project Execution / Project Management / Supervision and I am looking for suitable job in site / construction supervision / management.
As a Senior Piping Mechanical Engineer, my job responsibility includes Interface Management of project Piping Mechanical Work , synchronization with other departments like civil , electrical & instrumentation . Starting from P&ID, Isometric checking up to Mechanical Handover of the lines / Piping loops and Systems. Also dealing with subcontractors , execution & control of piping works including fabrication, erection and all kind of Piping in the connection of Vessel, Tie-ins, HRSG,Gas-Turbines, Boilers, Tanks, Heat Exchanger, Blower , Pump & Compressor.
In a nutshell, having nearly 10 years of extensive experience in Piping, Project Engineering & Execution, Interpretation of codes and specifications in the field of Piping & Construction of Refinery Power Plants and Major projects connected with Oil Terminals and Refineries.
I have an excellent track record of successful completion and handover of oil and gas plant projects on shore within budget, schedule and HSE targets.

Job Responsibility in above mentioned position includes :
Close coordination with PMT & PID group of the Owner company with total coordination of Piping & Mechanical work of the project .
Major and minor clarifications with the EPC and subcontractor companies regarding scope of work, new work extensions, revamping / up gradation works.
Detailed Handling of Piping Work starting from P&ID checking to Mechanical Completion of Piping loops / systems including Hydro testing, Pneumatic testing, Punch list clearing ( A, B & C category ) . Overall management and supervision of EPC/ Construction activities.
Creating weekly and monthly progress for the management.
Review of basic engineering data/documents of EPC contractors.
Expedite procurement activities for timely delivery of materials at project site.
Coordinate with discipline engineers for achieving Project objectives as per schedule.
Reviewing of Change order and punch list, Final boxing up of equipments.
Handing over of EPC Records to central file of refinery as permanent record from EPC contractors.
Monitoring Flushing, venting, draining, cardboard blasting of lines after Hydro testing .Leak testing, Nitrogen Purging etc.

Provide Company representation in monitoring and coordinating the site activities of Contractor and its sub-contractors. Review safety standards in the site and issuing work-permits depending on the nature of job e.g. hot work , cold work, naked flame , confined space , need of mechanical /electrical/ process isolation . Reporting on the construction activities, progress, and areas of concern and mitigating actions. Prepare for and participate in weekly construction review meetings. Monitor and assist the Contractor and sub-contractors in the implementation of site specific SHE- Safety , Health and Environment program, emergency response and evacuation drill programs. Participate in incident/accident investigation and prevention of recurrence.
Provide assistance and direction in the Mechanical Completion, Pre Commissioning and Start-up activities of the plant working with all parties to facilitate these activities. Preparation of Non availability of material list for the completion, Performing Loop / Line check .
