compliance, Accident Frequency Rate, Water & Energy Use Ratios, recycling and compliance
training. Conduct hazard assessments. Facilitate safety committee/planet teams. Maintain rapport

THE COCA-COLA COMPANY, ATLANTA SYRUP PLANT, Safety, Environmental and Security
Manager I – Oversaw all OSHA/safety and health compliance and environmental regulatory
programs for the syrup manufacturing facility and Freestyle operations. Led facility to its best
safety record of 500 days without OSHA recordable accident and 1000-plus days without a LTA
during multi-million dollar expansion and construction of Freestyle facility. Achieved ISO 14001 &
18001 certification; successful safety & environmental compliance audits. Managed 24/7 security
staff; model plant for management & deployment of security systems & programs; Managed
wastewater operator for pH neutralization system. Conducted hazard assessments, JSAs, area
audits, prepared & submitted OSHA VPP application, reported KBIs and other metrics. Facilitated
safety committee. Excellent rapport with City of Atlanta and GA DNR regulators, and corporate
