• System Administrator for Software Database, responsibilities include: research on various software requested for implementation on multiple networks and systems and completing a technical review for each, there are currently 6,709 products within the database
• Reviews include searching sites online to find any vulnerabilities associated with security risk and foreign activity
• Help out with creation of accounts, and maintaining them, to include when customers move on, or away from site to ensure there are no duplicate accounts, currently responsible for 712 active accounts
• Lead Instructor, teach class on how to navigate through database, how to create an account, how to input data, researching products, how to search for products already in use, what is required to put in database compared to what does not belong , classes include traveling to off sites that we support as well as teaching at Road Shows and Outreach programs to in form customers about the database and to help get an understanding of how to use it
• Currently in the process of improving the database to help everyone that has an account across the board. Improvements include adding ways to search and input information into database to make it more user friendly
• Coordinate via other security measures to rate security issues for each product to include SCOs, PSOs, ISSOs, CSSEs, ISSMs, etc.
