• A&R Transport, Channahon IL. ($30M Design/Build Project) A 42,000 foot rail track for storage, 300,000 square foot pre-cast warehouse with 2 interior production buildings including the corporate office build-out, maintenance building and four other out buildings.
This project has been an ongoing since the ground breaking in June of 1998 thru 2008. The bulk of the project was completed between 1998 and 2000. (Approx. $25M) Storage track, office build-out, interior production buildings and a collection of other projects have been completed for the owner since I was asked to return. (2004 -2008)
• Minooka Fire District Station, Channahon, IL. ($1.4M C.M. at Risk Project) A new four bay masonry building of approximately 9,400 sq. ft. with a second floor for living space was constructed to provide an expansion of coverage for the district due to growth in 2002. I completed the C.M. part of the facility from design thru start of construction phase.
• First Farm Credit Services, Ottawa, IL. ($1.8M Negotiated Contract) A 9,500 sq. ft. new wood framed bank building that was built in 2007
• St. Patrick’s School, Ottawa, IL. ($900,000 Public Bid) A new school of approximately 10,000 sq. ft. was completed in 2006
• Utility Concrete Facility, Channahon, IL. ($9M. Design/Build Project) Approximately 150, 000 sq. ft. pre-engineered steel production building and a 10,000 office building on same site that was completed in 2004
• Infra-Metals Company Facility, Marseilles, IL. ($10M. Design/Build Project) Approximately 140,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered steel building with an attached office space of 6,000 sq. ft office space that was completed on 2003
• Northfield Block Company, Channahon, IL.($6M. C.M. Project) This project site has a combination of 8 pre-engineered builds connected and one stand alone building. I was involved with four of the buildings as planned. The balances of the buildings were to be constructed as the owner would the request for their construction. The square footage of each building would vary depending on use.
