Installation, maintenance, and repair of facility’s telephone and data connections on behalf of Black Box voice services for

AT&T. Day to day work with Avaya G3/G4 switch and Cisco switches. Daily work with various end users to solve facility issues.

Responsible for daily closure for billing of worked tickets. Enterprise level project design and management from start to

finish. At last review achieved a 99.6% closure rate of tickets within the defined due date.
