Projects:
Developed a “Robot” that detects obstacles along its path and finds an alternate route. Implemented using Embedded C coding. Obstacle detection done by interfacing IR sensors to the Renesas controller.
Health monitoring of wireless sensor networks for reliability. Developed a C based code for monitoring the health (transmissions per day, routes, hops etc.) of the sensor nodes of the WSN for sub-station monitoring.
Implemented a basic character device driver in Linux to write and read data to and from file. Worked on a character device driver for passing the data between hardware and application.
Developed an Embedded C based “Restaurant pager system” to inform customers about the table availability at restaurant. LCD based user end device for indicating table availability along with additional entertainment features.
Serial Communication between a Linux/ARM-based board and Renesas Board. Implemented in C.
Developed an Embedded C++ “Hour meter system” for installation on the dash board of commercial vehicles to indicate the number of hours the vehicle. (Sponsored by Tata Johnson Controls Automotive Ltd.)
Implemented a “GSM based SMS remote controlled system” both hardware/software(C code) for monitoring and controlling of systems remotely just by sending an SMS.
Executed multiple tasks using the semaphore concept in MicroC OS, installed on Renesas controller.
Implemented an adjustable gain inverting amplifier using Cypress CY8C27443-24PXI controller.
