• Managing the activity of 10 foremen and 240 workers;

• Issuing work orders and job orders for each unit of workers and check and control daily duties of engineering staff and admin staff;

• Documentation study for hull, locksmiths, insulation and piping system installation (drawings, diagrams, technical manuals, working procedures and instructions);

• Checking safety condition of work and ensure safety and security of all construction activities of workers;

• Planning installation of modules units and equipments in accordance with other departments activity (pre-outfitting, pre-erection, block erection, painting, commissioning team);

• Documentation study for hull, locksmiths, piping system installation (drawings, diagrams, technical manuals, working procedures and instructions);

• Installation of outfitting and arrangements for all tanks in the ship;

• Inspection of welding, block section, couplings, cargo tanks, ballast tanks;

• Inspection of all pipe installations on ship;

• Pipes for ship classification;

• Awareness of technical and quality conditions for the inspected items, their characteristics/parameters that have to be checked;

• Carry out all control/checking/trial steps for the inspected item, in compliance with working and control procedures; report the inspection to management;

• Identify nonconforming items and initialize the nonconformity report: re-inspect the item/operation after nonconformities have been corrected;

• Plan and hand-in the finished works or those included in the technical inspection plan on behalf of the client and classification societies;

• Payment advise of the specific documents for the accepted works;

• Supervising the quay trials and sea trials of a number of installations such as cargo and stripping, cargo tanks heating, boilers, hydraulic actuators valves for cargo and ballast, anchors etc.
