• Developed, maintained Primavera schedules for early completions for various owners and for the claim verification including Time Impact Analysis.
• Supervise and plan work for Engineers, Superintendents, and Foreman, establishing priorities and schedules for construction to make goals with positive time and financial results.
• Plan, schedule and execute work for projects, including earthwork, asphalt and concrete pavement, and underground. Supervise full scope of projects as general contractor, with various subcontractors including electrical, rail, striping, signing, overhead signs, MBGR, scales, High-Voltage power transmission, welding, buildings, steel erection, etc.
• Procure and write subcontracts, purchase orders, monthly progress billings, extra work billings, project cost controls, and project closeout with owners and subcontractors.
• Represents the company at claim hearings, mediation, public meetings and news media events regarding proposed construction projects, participates in and/or directs discussions in the explanation and interpretation of alternate route selections, and design criteria.
• Work to solve problems and issues in the development of proposed projects and ongoing contracts.
