Job profile:

• Preparation of inspection /Quality test plans & Method Statements.

• Consumable inspection and review of test certificate.

• Incoming material inspection and reviewing of test certificates.

• Preparing weld map /proposed WPS depending upon job requirement.

• Monitor Welder performance and Report preparation.

• Ensuring that specific WPS requirements are convey to Welding foreman and monitoring their compliance,

• Preparation of Inspection test plan in accordance with applicable code and client specification.
