QUALIFICATIONS AND OBJECTIVES
• Nine years of fuels/cryogenics experience, is enhanced by intelligence, sincerity and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. My nine years in the fuels career has taught me many skills in many areas of work and with many different types of people. I have working knowledge of Fuels automated systems, FMD,Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access data base programs; these skill sets allow me to contribute to any Logistics organization. Currently held secret security clearance for the Department of Defense, and still hold a valid passport. At this time I hold a secret clearance with KBR.
PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS
Fuels Laboratory
• Perform tests to check the quality of products, such as assessing levels of water, and foreign materials in fuel samples, using testing equipment.
Fuels Training
• Serve as Fuels Trainer for all elements, Resource Control Center, Fuels Distribution, Cryogenics, Bulk Storage, Accounting, Lab, Hydrants, and FARPs
• Operate aircraft refueling and defueling equipment.
• Couple and uncouple refueling equipment.
• Operate vehicles auxiliary pump system to regulate the pumping pressure and flow rate to meet the requirements of aircraft being refueled.
• Perform systematic daily inspections that aid in the prevention of vehicle/equipment breakdowns, elimination of potential safety hazards and assurance of fuels quality control of all assigned vehicles/equipment.
• Identify and correct minor discrepancies.
• Provide training on proper aircraft refueling procedures IAW with current Air Force technical data.
Fuels Distribution and Storage
• Responsible for receiving products from local Defense Fuel Supply Point by tank truck.
• Receive, store, issue and maintain quality control of aviation fuel and ground products.
• Operate automatic tank gauging equipment to obtain fuel quantity in petroleum storage tank.
• Calculate and document issue and receipt transactions for all products.
• Collect and analyze product samples from receipt sources, bulk storage tanks, and dispensing equipment.
• Ensure accuracy of receipt, and transfer inventory, and issue documents.
• Ensure proper handling and segregation of products received and transferred
• Operate complex Type III storage hydrant refueling systems in support of aircraft operations and refuelers.
• Provide technical direction and/or help in accomplishing
• Assisted in Installation of Scully System for Operating Storage System and UIT/ADC equipment and software.
• Comply with energy conservation practices and environmental protection requirements by State and Federal Agencies.
• Insure accuracy of all accounting paperwork.
• Perform fire and safety inspections.
• Control or operate manifold and pumping systems to circulate liquids through a petroleum system.
• Inspect pipelines, tightening connections and lubricating valves as necessary.
• Monitor process indicators, instruments, gauges, and meters in order to detect and report any possible problems.
• Operate auxiliary equipment and control multiple operations, moving controls that regulate valves, pumps, compressors, injectors and auxiliary equipment.
• Operate control panels to coordinate and regulate process variables such as temperature and pressure, and to direct product flow rate, according to process schedules.
• Monitor inventory in storage tanks, and verify that activities and operations are safe, efficient, and in compliance with regulations.
• Prepare forecasts for receipts and deliveries of fuel products.
• Read and analyze specifications, regulations, schedules, schematics, logs, and test results, to determine how to set equipment controls.
• Record and compile operating data, instrument readings, documentation, and results of laboratory analyses.
• Verify that meters are calibrated, and are working properly.
Fuels Controller/Dispatcher
• Monitor vehicle, facility, and equipment status, and coordinate maintenance and repair.
Accounting
• Process all reports and all annual forecasts to higher headquarters.
• Responsible for maintaining fuel account.
• Accurate documentation of all documents submitted.
• Accurate accountability and input to computer database.
• Ordering, receiving and accountability.
• Responsible for base service station and ground products.
Preventive Maintenance
• Responsible for operator inspection and maintenance of assigned mobile refueling equipment.
• Maintain technical knowledge of each type of assigned mobile refueling equipment, its components and functions.
• Established coordination with refueling maintenance to schedule all equipment for safety inspections scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
Computer Technician
