Maintenance Planning:

I’ve hands on experience planning, scheduling, monitoring for maintenance & construction activities of plants at FFBL, OMV Sawan Gas Field & FFC. A few of my experience is as

• Worked with multinational industrial players e.g. Clough Engineering-Australia, Klockner, Kreb, Zimer-Germany & Descon

• Application of Primavera 3/6 for Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & Closing of activities for routine maintenance, Shut down & Turnarounds with micro level planning & detailed job packages preparation

• Integration of maintenance activities of normal routines, shut down, turnarounds, upgrade projects, PMR etc. in the available opportunities to reduce production losses

• Critical evaluation of resource loading charts for man-hours, tools, equipments, cranes & vehicles etc & their effective deployment within budgetary limits

• Jobs progress monitoring, quality & quantitative analyses throughout the project life cycle with follow up reports, charts & curves to achieve agreed deliverable

• Coordination with site teams & subcontractors for establishing their tacks & schedules

• Preparation of overall project cost status report

• Development of look ahead, acceleration & recovery schedules

Maintenance

I’ve ample experience during maintenance of plants at Ibrahim Fibers, FFBL & OMV Sawan Gas Field. I’m fully aware with the HSE hazards of such kind of projects. A few of my experience is as:

• FEED study for Green & Brown Fields projects

• Applications of industrial codes of ASTM, ANSI, ASME, API, DIN

• Construction / commissioning of plant equipment as pumps, boilers, vessels, tanks & columns

• Pre-fabrication, erection, testing, quality control & commissioning of process piping

• Quality assurance for underground / above ground piping net work for fabrication, welding, erection, painting, insulation & supports works

• Internal repairs of urea reactors, strippers, boiler, furnace, columns, tanks & vessels

• Installation & maintenance of complete HVAC system included chillers, cooling towers, water circulating pumps, air handling units

• Successful refurbishment & maintenance of old Boiler & Furnace.

• Preventive maintenance plans development & implementation for Pumps, Compressors, Fans, Cooling Towers, Chillers & 2.6 MW Gas Power Generation Units

• Job packages preparation covering all requirements of drawings, specifications, manpower, spares, tools, welding & rigging

• Maintenance jobs on heat exchangers of shell & tube, finned tubes & plate types. The jobs included HP jetting, mechanical cleaning, chemical cleaning followed by required testing.

• Spare parts & consumables identification & ordering as per their handling priorities.

• Supervision of civil works including surveying, elevation, foundations, piling, slip forming, pre-casting, sleepers, buildings structural works

• I’m also aware with quality checks for civil works as concrete strength test, sand / gravel grading, load test of pilling
