 Dealt directly with customers. I was responsible for making sure the customer was happy and collected payment for services completed.

 Consistently met or exceeded expectations by focusing on my commitment that the customer always left perfectly satisfied with our services. In doing so I worked my way up to being in charge of my crew.

 My boss was extremely pleased with me and did not want me to leave he actually wanted me to open another branch and eventually take over the company. But I choose to pursue a career in collision repair.
