PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

HRIS enables all departments - HR, Finance and Admin to work on a single platform. HR enters all Human resources related data, Admin or HR, as need be, enters Leave and Attendance related information and Finance / Accounts or HR (as need be) then can pick up that information to process Salary. Statutory related reports can then be taken out.

Payroll makes it possible to create a login for all employees so that they can log securely with their username and password into the Intranet. This is an browser based application each Employee can view his / her (only) Payroll related details. These can be - Reimbursements, Leave and Attendance, Loan and Advances, Salary Slips and Tax related details. This shall reduced routine queries to HR / Accounts.

It is possible to maximize the potential of HR and Accounts through timely and accurate Salary Processing, efficient handling of Reimbursements, Loans & Advances and Government of India statutory requirements including all PF and TDS. Payroll is integrated with HR Software so that both HR and Payroll are seamlessly integrated.
