I do use Primavera P6 to develop and maintain detailed logic driven schedules (Engineering/Procurement /Constructions/Outages) based on the WBS, with task-definitions, dependencies between activities, deliverables and milestone dates explicitly identified, Interact with suppliers and vendor to collect and collate progress information and status to update the project schedule and report to the project team for the above mentioned transmission projects
Create, maintain, and assign approved baseline schedules for comparison and use total float value equal to or less than zero to identify those activities on the critical path for recovery actions.
