A customer service system file was the source data (via SQL) for users to acknowledge pending inquires for new insurance, new/additional requirements or a decline of insurance.
The MailMerge (via VBA) of the data file was the main focus, as well as code to include additional data elements to customize template as needed. The data file was a feed to a series of customized ad hoc templates that were enhanced to allow for individual customer service personnel requirements.
