In collaboration of this effort, AES will offer the new product ‘Remote Deposit Capture’ as an available sales supported product with a partial implementation enrollment process. Remote Deposit Capture will have a set list of scanner types however customers can supply their own as long as they are WF pre-approved list. • An automated system that manages the overall card process, with a real-time two way interface to TSYS. The process includes both card status management and card limit management.

• A system that manages and enforces the expense compliance processes as they pertain to credit card management, transaction management, and OOP expense reimbursement management. This includes the following: statement review & approval processing (and aging), receipt submission & tracking, audit compliance review, Inactive/Terminated employee processing, annual review of cardholders, etc.
