• Ensuring the Quality of the Output data according to standards

Project Name: Filament Crimping Fixture Assembly

Software Used: Solidworks 2008

Description: The physical parts of the assembly is given by the customer, for which the orthographic Views & dimensions of each part of the assembly is taken at the client place and then 3D Modeling, assembly & detailing of the assembly is done at our office.

Project Name: Console Bracket Assembly

Software Used: Solid works 2008

Description: The inputs were the I.G.E.S data provided by the customer & the objective was to recreate

the assembly with the given I.G.E.S data. From the IGES data, first the detailed drawing of each part of the assembly is done, then the Part model is created and finally the assembly is created.

Project Name: Air Control Damper Assembly

Software Used: AutoCAD 2006

Description: Damper’s are used in the prefabricated unit of Humidification plant to control the pressure

of The air in the supply air duct and return air duct

Project Name: Rotary Screen Filter Assembly

Software Used: AutoCAD 2006

Description: This Screen filter is used to collect the dust particles from the return air duct.
