Residential Home Inspector: Licensed Structural Inspector of residential homes and commercial structures up to 10,000 square feet.

Westmark Homes, Las Vegas, NV (2002 - 2008)

Project Manager: Duties include research, design, product development, specification writing and purchasing assistance for the construction of 216 mid-rise (four-story) sprinkled, metal frame, luxury condominiums in Summerlin. Project Management, including daily project supervision and coordination with architects, engineers, consultants, designers, surveyors, city and health department inspectors, subcontractors and vendors.

Superintendent: Supervision from drywall to C of O for all production units. All Sales Office and Options Center construction, including coordination of all model merchandising with decorators. All common area site development and construction, start-to-finish, consisting of all construction for large commercial swimming pool and waterfall, including five public spas, main clubhouse and kitchen, spa house, exercise pavilion, public ADA restrooms, armadas w/ built-in BBQs, all hardscape, landscape, irrigation, retaining walls, and site lighting. Construction of community main entry, all offsite development, guard house, entry gates, walls and electrical.

Back-end Superintendent: Completion of all 220 unit, two story, multifamily project from drywall to C of O.

Toll Brothers, Las Vegas, NV (1993 - 2002)

Project Manager: Oversaw all construction and sales activities for two large custom/production luxury home developments in Summerlin. Project Management, including pre-planning, daily project supervision and construction coordination from ground up through C of O. Conducted and analyzed product area sales comps for quarterly Corporate Reviews. Supervised and delegated building staff, including Superintendents, Project Administrative Assistants, Prep and Labor personnel. Purchasing responsibilities, including qualification, hiring, scheduling and supervision of subcontractors and vendors. All project estimating, job costing, budgeting and competitive bidding, negotiation and preparation of contracts.

Builder-Construction Manager: Responsible for construction operations for three high-end, semi-custom residential developments. Construction Management and coordination from ground up through C of O. Quality control and generation of daily punch lists and follow through to completion and company sign-offs. Review and approval of all subcontractor and vendor billings. Worked effectively with all local governmental jurisdictions. Maintained weekly status reports on projects for supervisory review.

Sales Option Manager: Responsible for meeting with buyers and packaging all option selections for multiple projects and produced production documents and floor plan alterations. Acquired all estimates from subcontractors for non-standard options. Conducted building rapport with customers and maintained customer satisfaction throughout the building process.
