• Coordinate and administer the leasing program, with accountability monitoring leases/applications/permits for compliance to terms, statutory requirements, environmental compliance and plans of operation.
• Ensure environmental compliance for entire leasing program and pending applications with specific attention to compliance issues such as air permits, renewals, and lease extensions.
