- Maintain accurate counseling records of all Marines both electronically and with a hard copy for documentation of all actions relating to performance and conduct.
- Ensure operational risk management is considered in every section of evolution and is executed.
- Hold Marines to the Marine Corps standard, such as weight, physical fitness test, and grooming standards.
- Responsible for the maintenance and tracking of all equipment that my section uses during operations, which include armory and vehicle items.
- Conduct thorough debrief after all training and operational events.
- Control fire and movement of my section.
- Responsible for tactical employment of section in accordance with standard operation procedures.
- Proficient in using pyrotechnics for illumination, screening, and signaling.
