Projects handled with Oceaneering International Inc.

- Developed soft landing and locking mechanism to the HDM to mount on HDM Base with retrievable Running tool.

- Designed and Modeled, Detailed Saturation Diving System as per ABS standards

- Re-designed Frontier Bully to accommodate sub sea power, Transformer and Control Modules

- Designed and reviewed technical meetings for Flange Repair of Chiku Over boarding A- Frame and LARS.

Projects handled with CATERPILLAR / AVIZA

- Designed Pipe Layer / Track Type Tractor Product Link – Antenna Mounting keeping the Existing Schematic Diagram by following variable geometry with respect to the Model Structures.

- Designed Rear Hydraulic Attachment for Tractor, Routing Electrical Harness, Cables, and Modeling, detailing and assembling of components.

- Designed skeleton models for wheel tractor scrapper.

- Modified the existing Wafer processing system for reducing the leakage and Making it more cost effective. Responsible for concept design, detail and prototyping of new development next generation silicon wafer processing equipment. – For Aviza Technologies.

Butler Technical Services Limited, Hyderabad, India. (May’ 01 – Jan’ 04)

- Designed Frame assembly for Large Wheel Loader including stairs group and hydraulic fan group, CAT engine and Support assemblies for engines with Caterpillar.

- Bowl Group Mounting Group and Lubrication Group Assemblies for Truck of CATERPILLAR Inc

- Project Involved in creating models of Inlet and Exhaust manifolds, the objective was to model Manifolds which are having very critical geometry using simple features in pro/E.

IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Limited, Hyderabad, India. (March’ 99 – May’ 01)

- Looked after Execution (Laying and Jointing) of MS Pipe line and AC Pipe line works and inspection of welding works.

- Allocated Resources (Man, Material and Equipment) according to the Tasks.

- Prepared Schedules for Erection & Execution of Pipeline works and preparing Micro and Macro planning of Road works by using Prima Vera and Ms-Project.
