Responsible for management of all repairs, maintenance and improvements in existing residential homes as assigned through insurance companies. Review estimates with homeowners to confirm scope and cost. Schedule jobs with sub-contractors in coordination with homeowners, ensuring completion of jobs in a timely manner. Establish policies and procedures; provide training. Responsible for selection of sub-contractors and processing of all invoices. Reduced the number of superintendents from five to two, while increasing the average jobs from 18 to 30 and also increasing the profit margin from 28-35% to 40% consistently. Reorganized all warehouse operations resulting in a decrease of 8 FTEs and streamlined business practices which in turn decreased work staff by 25%. Implemented numerous systems that increased productivity, decreased lost inventory costs, redistributed warehouse square footage, and consistently met month-end shipping deadlines thus saving approximately $30,000 in monthly costs.
