Mr. Willetts has become an expert for IBM in Data Governance, leading the governance design for a Master Data Management project and has architected a governance project and employee training programs for a major consumer goods organization. He was the lead architect for a Reporting Center of Excellence that serves a major insurance and reinsurance organization. This project combines Business Intelligence and Data Governance requirements. Mr. Willetts has led the technical design of a Data Warehouse and Analytics system along with the required Data Governance processes for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Mr. Willetts has managed a Reporting Review and Analysis project with an emphasis on integrating multiple data sources and software applications to meet reporting requirements across four departments in a single bank. These applications are providing operational support for customer service representatives and call center operations while supporting sales and marketing initiatives. Recently he led a requirements gathering team that is working with 210 departments for a business intelligence project at Michigan State University. His present project is architecting a Data Governance and Business Intelligence program for an energy company in California.
